This Drink Helps Ease My Bloating, Clear My Foggy Brain, And Cleanses My Lungs
This APPLE GINGER MANDARIN DRINK Recipe…
…was given to me about a month ago by my grandmaster who wanted to help me with my bloating, fatigue, and allergies I’ve been having around the house (I think I’m developing an allergy to my cat). I’m going to show you an ancient east Asian wellness tea from 5,000 years ago that helps clear my head, clear out toxins from my lungs, and clears out trapped gas and toxins. Overall, it should aid in your digestion!
Total Time: Around 35 minutes
INGREDIENTS / NEEDS
1/2 Fuji apple
3 slices of ginger
1 mandarin
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
6 cups of water
stainless steel steamer (not necessary, but will help to contain the ingredients in one place *affiliate link)
medium or large pot
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice the 1/2 of Fuji apple into 10-15 parts
Thinly slice the ginger into three 1-2mm parts.
Thinly slice the mandarin into 1-2mm parts
Place the ginger down into a stainless steal steamer basket.
Place the basket into an empty pot
Place 6 cups of water into the pot and turn it on medium high heat for 20 minutes
Then add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar to the middle of the stainless steal steamer basket. Take the water from outside of the basket and drizzle on top of the sugar until it dissolves. Put on high heat for 10 minutes.
TIPS / FAQs
I’ve noticed when I don’t drink it, I get a little tired and bloat more.
Like all things health and wellness, drinking it consistently is key. I drink this every morning since I’ve learned about it. I make a big batch for the week and re-heat before a meal.
The brown sugar is optional, but not for me. It’s necessary to give me energy throughout the day.
I drink it on an empty stomach because that’s what I’ve learned is best.

As always, consult your doctor/healer for what’s best for you and your needs. I’m not a professional, but a gworl who used to struggle with constipation and gut issues.
