This Drink Helps Ease My Bloating, Clear My Foggy Brain, And Cleanses My Lungs

This APPLE GINGER MANDARIN DRINK Recipe…

…was given to me about a month ago by my grandmaster who wanted to help me with my bloating, fatigue, and allergies I’ve been having around the house (I think I’m developing an allergy to my cat). I’m going to show you an ancient east Asian wellness tea from 5,000 years ago that helps clear my head, clear out toxins from my lungs, and clears out trapped gas and toxins. Overall, it should aid in your digestion!

Total Time: Around 35 minutes

TIPS / FAQs

  • I’ve noticed when I don’t drink it, I get a little tired and bloat more.

  • Like all things health and wellness, drinking it consistently is key. I drink this every morning since I’ve learned about it. I make a big batch for the week and re-heat before a meal.

  • The brown sugar is optional, but not for me. It’s necessary to give me energy throughout the day.

  • I drink it on an empty stomach because that’s what I’ve learned is best.
